The book Kalahari is a novel written by Jessica Khoury. This amazing book is a science fiction and adventure genre. At first, Sarah’s dad and Sarah signed up to lead a trip to the Kalahari, but her dad went to go after poachers. Sarah, a daughter of a biologist, is stranded in the Kalahari with five other people who signed up to stay in the Kalahari for a trip. Her dad said “I promise I will be back in one day.” Except he didn’t. I would rate this book 5 stars because it starts slow, but goes fast later in the book. It also gets really exciting at the middle-end of the book.
